Any updates on when BCC will be supported?

Is this going to be an Enterprise plan only or will all plans receive this? Or is it going to be a paid add-on? Obviously all organisations of all sizes have to be compliant with GDPR for EU users and the many data protection laws in countries also apply to all sizes of organisations

My agents can't add CCs to replies unless the admins create them as an enduser first. We've been forced to reduce our security just so the agents can work efficiently without waiting ages for an admin. This should not be an enterprise feature at all.

We have some organisations with very similar or identical names. Can we add an organisation custom field to be within the organisation lookup? So it would be “Org Name - Custom Field”

What benefit does this have over the forwarding option?

I know its a few years old but I've got this working with the below settings for anyone finding this post from a search engine

Can there be more padding to the menu similar to the current one to make selecting an item in the dropdown easier?

Will hovering over the items change colours like they currently do to highlight which we're hovering on?

We can't provide feedback on Dark Mode when we haven't seen any previews of it to give feedback on

We use different ticket fields per department so would need to have them shown only to specific groups

How is this still not implemented after 5 years 😫
