The feature to expand answers in generative AI is quite similar to the concise option but works in the opposite manner. It allows the AI to provide more detailed and elaborate responses.  This feature enables the AI to provide valuable information right out of the box, increasing the range of topics the AI can converse in without manual dialog tree authoring. When a user asks a question that doesn’t match a configured topic, the AI can search for relevant content from a chosen source, such as public websites or custom data sources, and summarize that information into a response.  Covered California
