When a Customer fills out the New Requests form the CC field appears, as expected.

 

How can I add subtext (or hint) to the CC field?

The ask is to provide a small message such as “CC emails will be included in your requests” or something along that nature and place it below the “CC” label of the field.

In an established configuration, Organizations are assigned to different groups based on region to ensure certain agents will receive those cases.  This functionality does exactly what we're looking for.

We have hundreds of organizations that do not have a group assigned.  I am looking for a way to update several organizations to add to the groups.

We were hoping to use triggers with a condition to identify Organizations without groupIDs and then apply an Action to route it to the right group.

When attempting to create a trigger, the conditions do not allow to select Organization -> groupID (when groupID is empty) or Organization -> Tags  (when tag "group_Added" is not applied).

Is there a way to…

  1. Identify organizations without groups
  2. Update the groupID for those organizations
