Currently, voicemail transcription only supports English, and no other languages are available. We would like to request the addition of more languages for voicemail transcription to better accommodate multilingual users.

It would be beneficial if we could decide to include or exclude access to set product access and assign roles for all team members in Support in the roles we create in Zendesk, and not for Admin only.

When reviewing  or working re-open tickets in ZD it is very useful to see the CSAT comment at the top of the tickets in order for agents or managers to address customer feedback straight away.
