Hello,
I have integrated Zendesk with Blip Desk using a manifest file, and everything is working correctly so far. In the manifest file, I specify the url property to embed an iframe (the website URL) into Zendesk. The integration works as expected, but I’ve encountered an issue: the microphone in the iframe doesn’t work.
I would like to know:
- Is it possible to enable microphone access for an embedded iframe in Zendesk?
- If so, how can I configure this using the manifest file?
