For added context, we have an article that this impacts that needs 10 single-row changes. In the previous editor we would be able to have our basic editors do this and it take less than 10 minutes. Now our editors cannot make the changes (they are not savvy in HTML). One of our experienced knowledge management staff members had to complete the changes and it took them approx. 20 minutes to complete the 10 changes.

When looking at the category ‘departments’ on one of my brands, there are 23 sections within it, however the multi-placement window shows 30.

When opening the window for multi-placement it doesn't show all sections within the category or sub-section. It appears to only show 10 sections - it should show all of the sections. Sections are discoverable through search, but it is an inconvenient extra step, especially without an easy way to see the path or if you forget the exact name of the section you are adding to and have similarly named sections for unity.

When looking at the multi-placement window, it should the placement path of the article. This would make it easy to see which location you want to post something when you have multiple sections named similarly.  We have a ‘Marketing & Sales Resources’ section within each of our products, and with 15+ products if you are searching it is virtually impossible to find out which one is which without extra clicks or trial and error.

We've noticed that when an article that was already created has another placement it can take several minutes before it shows up in the new section. When adding sections at the same time there is no delay.

Believe this to be tied to cache, so I don't think there is action to take - more just something to be aware of if you are sharing links immediately.
