Hi there, We had Facebook as a channel in Zendesk before we moved to BM and I believe all I did to make it work was delete the channel and re-add it. Dennis
Hi there, Yes, it is working well for us. I used the Facebook credentials that I use for Business Manager in the Zendesk configuration, then selected the appropriate page from the list. Best regard...
