Hello there!

In our org we are using the webwidget

`https://static.zdassets.com/ekr/snippet.js?key=${apiKey}`

I'd like to pass user information (name, email, phone number) avoiding them typing these data

I've tried both

`zE('webWidget', 'prefill', {…})`

and 

`zE('webWidget', 'identify`,{…})`

but neither of them worked.

I tried to add the exact examples in the documentation but the chat keeps asking me the name/email/etc information.

What I am doing wrong?
