Customers Affected: All customers across All Pods. The experience consists of a brief service disruption of approximately 4 minutes or less at some time within the 6 hour maintenance window.
Affected products: Admin Center and Account-Level Settings across All products.
Expected behavior: Some Admin Center and account-level settings across all products may be unavailable during a brief window during the maintenance. Attempted updates will result in green screen or error messages preventing those settings from being saved during the period of 4 minutes or less.
New trial account sign-ups will be affected and won't be created during the disruption time.
Updates to tickets as well as ongoing Chat sessions will not be affected. Live customer channels should remain operational during the downtime window.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Database Administration team is upgrading the database for increased reliability and performance.
