Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact the performance of Explore for customers hosted on our US infrastructure, on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd of February 2022 and on our EU infrastructure on the 24th of February during the times listed below. Customers on impacted shards will be notified on Friday, January 28 2022 via service notification banner in the Support agent interface.

Customers Affected: The subset of customers on impacted shards will be notified via service notification banner in the Support agent interface.

Expected behavior: All impacted customers will still be able to run queries through our user interface. They may observe data to be out of date after 2 hours of the start of the maintenance period.
Data is expected to be up to date again once the maintenance is finished at 06:00 PDT / 14:00 UTC each day.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Explore team is upgrading our Explore databases for increased reliability and performance.
