During a planned maintenance, deployments on a specific database cluster started to throw errors and caused deployments to be unable to initialize and deliver WhatsApp messages. To restore service, we scaled down all affected deployments and slowly roll them back out to avoid a large pressure on the database. Service was restored at 06:34 UTC
