How do I make inbound and outbound calls from Zendesk Support using the Talk Partner Edition API?

The Talk Partner Edition API is available to allow your telephony system to interact with Support once the call reaches your Zendesk Support app.
You will need to programmatically write your Talk Partner Edition App to receive inbound and outbound calls in such a way that it could then operate outside of Zendesk. The Talk Partner Edition API allows your already functioning app to make requests within Zendesk Support.
The Support API allows the functionality to make requests specific to Zendesk Support, but getting the phone calls to and from Support is outside the functionality of the API. The Talk Partner API allows you to create tickets from calls, associate the calls/phone numbers with users or create users if one does not exist, automatically create a ticket when a call occurs, create Voice Comments, and create voicemail tickets.
