    I need to have a database with all interactions realized in a period from a form, I would like to know, if is possible to download information daily, monthly weekly??'

    Hey Sergio,

    If your forms are being applied to tickets, you could use either Insights or Explore to pull this data. I've linked the resources which should provide you with some additional information. Both have a feature available that will allow you to schedule these reports on a daily or weekly basis.
