Zendesk Talk - Can callers in a queue request a call back when it's their turn in line?
PlaneadaDoes the call queue have the ability to allow people to request that the system call them back when it's their turn in line?
If this is not currently a feature of the Zendesk call queue, can we request this as a feature, please?
