    Hi Etienne,

    Thanks for this feedback, this is something I think we can improve on. I'll add this to our backlog to look at.

    One of my agents is having the same problem. What is the solution? They have allowed access to their microphone in Chrome but still get the error.

    You'll need to make sure:

    1. Windows/Mac audio settings recognize the headset mic as default
    2. Browser settings (1) allow the mic and (2) allow popups from Zendesk
    3. Refresh the Zendesk page.  Select "allow" when the browser asks if Zendesk can access your mic
    4. Test with an outbound call
