Zendesk voice
Hi community,
I'm interested in a customer calling us and being prompted to enter their customer ID in order to route their voicemail ticket to their end-user account in Zendesk.
Also open to any alternative way to lightly verify identity of a client when a voicemail ticket is created by voice. We're in a scenario where multiple clients share the same outbound phone number, so setting a direct line is not reliable.

Zendesk Talk doesn't support entering anything into the IVR at this point, so you should look at other CTI integrations. I'm quite sure that something like PureCloud can do that.
