Voicemail
We are running some tests right now and have left 2 voicemail's. Neither is showing up as a ticket and we have not received an email about it. Am I missing something?

If someone manually suspended the user or marked one of the tickets or a help center post created by them as spam, it could result in the behavior you're seeing.
To check, look up the user profile associated with the number and un-suspend the user by clicking on the down arrow next to + New Ticket on the top right of the page.
