I'm using Google Analytics for three of my websites.
Two of them has been set up with the Zendesk widget which allows our customers to look for answers directly in our differents help centers.
The problem is that the researchs done while using the widget are not logged (recorded ?) in my Google Analytics.
I'm not able to see what our customers are looking for.
I was wondering if there was a way to be able to record in my Google analytics all the research done while using Zendesk widget.
Do you if it's possible ?
If yes, how can I set it up please?
NB : The other website is not using this widget but the search are done on the help center itself. It's working fine with Google Analytics.
