Zendesk Talk
My company is using a Zendesk Lite, with only just one line. Because we selling to different countries, we will try soon the Zendesk Basic for adding new numbers. One of the agents will be available for callings from 2 different countries, with 2 different telephone numbers each.
Is it possible enable that agent to be able to pick up callings from 2 different countries (telefone lines)? I have seen a webinar video where they explain the zendesk talk, and I have seen the agent have to choose the telephone line (one) so that is why my doubts....

Yes, one agent can pick up inbound calls for multiple numbers. The process of selecting a number for Talk which you saw in the webinar is necessary for outbound calling - the agent chooses a number to call out from in order to place an outbound call.
No matter what the agent picks as their outbound calling number, though, they can accept inbound calls for any phone number that is set up to route calls to them.
