Block certain end users from being able to raise Urgent ticket
RespondidaSome end users abuse the ability to mark a ticket as Urgent and mark every minor request as Urgent.
We would like a way to stop them from raising Urgent tickets.
We could setup an automation, but that's not going to stop triggers on Urgent requests from being fired.

A triage group can look and reprioritize. My people do that alllll the time. Sometimes a social problem shouldn't be defeated with an engineering solution.

I was looking at old tickets and ran into this reply I made.
Here is the engineering solution. Set a tag on the requestor itself to someValue. Then do a tag check on the urgent trigger. Add in a new check in your trigger - If requestor is not tagged someValue then fire.
