Zendesk Talk
I would like to see a breakdown of the billing from an actual Talk account. Anyone have a sample that I can see?
The reason I ask is cause I am using the free trial in which I was allocated $1 to use. After 3 minutes and 43 seconds of test calls, that $1 was reduced to $.64. That is roughly $.10 a minute when the inbound calls were supposed to be $.016 and outbound were supposed to be $.025.
Can someone help me understand how this is billed? Otherwise I can not activate Zendesk talk. :-(
