Hi, we have our own music for the Wait greeting along with interjected voice-based comments and advisories while folks are waiting. All works fine but I can't seem to adjust the volume that it plays at. Seems like Zendesk amps it up to some level no matter how soft or low I try to make the recording volume wise. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, the playback seems scratchy while the source recording is just fine when listened to as an MP3 on the desktop or player on the phone. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to control or improve this.
