This is a shout out to all the support personnel from Zendesk or representing Zendesk. Thank you for your hard work and desire to assist us with all of our issues, wants, and more wants. I know this is a Thankless job...most of the time, however I know that as the company grows and experiences growing pains, that you are going through transformations (behind the scenes as well) and working hard at providing feature sets that are important to users and placed into a priority queuing system.
Kindness, as spoken at your conference, is a great influencer in communities and you have certainly shown Kindness!
