    Hey Matt!

    The Developer version of Chat triggers provides the same options and functionality present in the Visual version.  If you do not see an available condition within the Visual version then that will also be true for the Developer version.

    For a full list of the available conditions for Chat you can review Zendesk Chat triggers conditions and actions reference.

    As outlined in the available conditions there are not any options that will check for the time period between a visitors last visit to your site so your trigger request will not be possible with default functionality.

    If you wanted to achieve this you could consider using your own tracking cookies to check for this time since last visit value.  You could then use the addTags Javascript API function to add the tag to the chat session and set your Chat triggers to fire based on this.  I apologize I do not have any examples of the code you would need to achieve this workflow.
