Regarding Zensesk talk subscription
Respondidai have a team of 20 agents. But not all will be segmented as Talk agent. Do I have to pay an extra of $14/mo for all agents and enable Talk for 3 or I can separately for 3 seats only?

Welcome to the Zendesk Community. Since Talk is not a standalone product, all of your Talk agents will need Agent seats on support. But then you are able to just upgrade those 3 people to add talk for those individuals.
