Ticket Field: Custom field didn't arrange accordingly

    Hi Rovi!

    In the first image, you're showing the ticket field edit screen. The order of ticket fields on this screen doesn't have any impact on how the ticket fields actually appear on your ticket forms.

    If you'd like to change the order of your fields in your ticket forms, you can do so by following the instructions here.

    It tried to reorder it but still not working on submit ticket part....

    Can you be more specific about what you re-arranged, what you expected it to do, and what it did instead? I'm not sure how to answer your question without more detailed information.
