    Hi Rovi - 

    We typically see this error when a customer is attempting to setup the Zendesk for Salesforce integration and is using a Salesforce plan that does not include access to the Salesforce API. To use the integration, access to the Salesforce API is required.     If this does not appear to be apart of your issue, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to support@zendesk.com to look into this further.  Thanks!
