how can i see a list of tickets that show an agent has worked on them even if that ticket was reassigned by the agent to another group?
i know there is a way to see the reassignments but i'm trying to combine into just one report to have an historic overview of everything an agent did.
do i need to have two separate reports, one for reassignments and one for historic tickets that they owned?
i'm also finding that the a lot of the pre-existing reports in GoodData seem to use attributes or metrics that no longer exist in zendesk.
i'm most interested in a historic overview and see what tickets an agent reassigned to another group. i've been searching for a few days and trying my best, but i think i may be going about this the wrong way :)
