Problem with access Guide
Hello,
I have purchased Support Essential, and want to use Guide Lite on this plan. But, when I access to the Guide I see only: "This page doesn't exist" and can't do anything.
The same when access to Help Cener page via: channel > widget > help center
On the billing/subscription page, I see "Trial expired" next to Guide, but i cant change it to the Lite.
How can I access guide?

Hey Michal,
On the subscription page, have you tried to actually upgrade your subscription? When you're in the upgrade window, it should then let you select the Guide Lite plan to subscribe to. Once subscribed you should then be able to access the HC.

Thanks for letting me know. If that's the case, I would recommend for you to reach out to Zendesk Support directly so they can help you further with this from here. They may need to make some changed on the back end to help guide lite plan to be applied to your account.
In your ticket, let the support team know that this is a subscription issue and it's not something which the ZD community can help you with directly, so you need Supports help to get it resolved asap.

Hopefully they'll be able to sort you out from there. :)

Thank you for the fast replay.
Yes, I was trying to upgrade my subscription, but when I access to the update page I can only buy subscription for the next year (I bought Essential for 12 months before).
Probably I didn't choose Guide and simply buy essential? I think..
Can I do something without upgrading plan to the next 12 months?
