    Have you tried adding attributes "Ticket Tags" then filter it by the tag/s of that special ticket?

  • Yes, I did that. But if there is more than 1 change in the ticket, then the tags are displayed in alphabetical order. And it is necessary in the historical - which of them was the first, the second, etc.
