Agents not getting notifications
RespondidaSome agents get chat notifications while others don't and there is a big delay between times each agent gets a notification. All settings including Chrome settings have been checked for each agent to allow notifications. It also happens when we test if someone comes in on incognito mode (some agents get the notification, others don't). Multiple refresh still does not show a chat is live and waiting. Agents all use laptops and access Zopim via the website. This seems to be getting worse. Have done testing to see if we can work out the issue but cannot. Can you advise?

We noticed you submitted this issue in a ticket as well and see you were able to resolve your issue. Overall, it sounds like your affected agents weren't added to your Chat department(s) which explains why they were not being notified of incoming chats. Glad you were able to resolve your issue!
