    I have an open ticket for this. They tell me to clear my browser cookies/cache. Not working.

    Hello Josh,

    I looked into the open ticket you mentioned, and it appears one of our agents replied, and it is currently set to pending. They are asking for you to permit them to access the file you shared. Once this has been completed, they will be able to look into this issue further and deliver a potential solution.
