We've stumbled upon an issue when implementing Zendesk chat across Web and mobile SDK. We use 3d party bot that we integrated via Conversational API and tested it with a Web widget; it all worked great together.
However, it came as a complete surprise that Mobile embeddable Chat SDK v2 is not equivalent to web widget functionality.
SDK does not support Structured Content - Quick Replies options or Cards. We can do without cards, but options are heavily used across the bot.
In the example above, buttons Yes and Now won't be rendered in SDK. I think every company thinks about bot automation and mobile chat is a must. I saw no bots without options, and ZD Answer bot also uses it.
Any suggestions from the community are welcome. How bot developers go around the issue?
