    Hi Idan Battat,

    Here's an overview about the knowledge management features you are looking for.

    If you want to achieve everything within Zendesk, you need Enterprise tier.
    I can personally recommend it, as we are using it in our small team of 5 people, however, if it's too expensive and/or you have a lower plan I suggest you are using Notion as the CMS, and somebody is always copying the content over to Zendesk.

    The copy procedure is what hurts the most.

    Upgrade to Enterprise only for editing docs does not seem to worth it.

    There are better doc editing platforms and publications than Zendesk Guide.

    Even import from Google docs is not working as expected

    If you think there is an issue with the importer, please open a ticket with Zendesk Support.

    You can of course edit the docs also with the lower tiers, however I thought that proper publishing and review workflows were required for your use case.
