How do I change "Have more questions? Submit a request" to "Have more questions? Submit a ticket"?

    @Lorrie - You will need to do this via JQuery so go to the JS tab and insert the following code below the $(document).ready(function() {   line which should be the first line unless you've done other customization.

    $('div.article-more-questions a').text('Submit a Ticket');

    I have two other customized scripts.

    1 - changes the following wording, "submit a request" to "submit a ticket" at the Help Center

    2 - changes the text editor font sizes, slightly larger and in subsequent sizes, to appear as if they are headers

    I believe you helped me with at least one of these items. Both are listed one after the other after the following.

    $(document).ready(function() {

    Should I place your code in a specific place?

    Wes,

    I added the code above the previously added code. It fixed the problem. If I need to know or do anything else, please let me know. Thanks for your help.

    Hi, where is the js tab?

    @Eva - Sorry for not replying sooner but in order to customize your theme you need to be on the Regular Plan or above.  If you are, then the JS tab will be located when you customize your theme.

    I see how to change "Submit a Request", but how do I change "Have more Questions" to, say, "Can't find what you're looking for?"

    Also, how can I have the "Can't find what you're looking for?  Submit your Question here" verbiage appear in my search results in addition to in the articles?

    @Scott - Forget about using JS code to make these changes as with the new template engine we can make these changes straight into the HTML code.

    On the article page find {{request_callout}} and now remove it.

    Past the below code where it was:

      Can't find what you're looking for?  <a href="/hc/en-us/requests/new">Submit your Question here</a>

    Thats it for the article page, you can do the same thing for the Search page, just put the above code where you want it to show up.

    Question: How does it work then for helpcenters in multiple languages?

    Can I specify for each language the way I want it displayed?

    Hey Samuel!

    We have some good documentation on this that should answer your questions: Configuring your Help Center to support multiple languages (Professional and Enterprise).
