Views - Make available for multiple Groups
CompletadaThe views work great, but we are at a point where we have multiple offices and teams using them and the views work great when they are specific to all or specific to one, but we have a need where the same view is available to 3 groups and not 1 other, or available to 2 and not the other 2.
Is there a chance that this can be added to allow us to select multiple groups to add a view to?

Incredible to find out that such a basic functionality needs voting to be addressed.

+1. I just revamped our groups, as we've added an additional product to support. I worked my way through setting up the groups, changing the agents groups, separating our macros out, and then went to work on views, only to come across this limitation. I had to go back to the drawing board and redesign everything I just worked on! I would not call this an "enhancement", but a poor product design that leaves a product gap. Please fix this Zendesk!

The delay on implementing a super useful feature like this, when it's been planned for nearly 6 years. Especially when such a similar thing has already been implemented on Macros...
Is just yet another reason we are considering moving away from Zendesk at the end of our contract.
I also understand having to re-prioritise work on technical products, but if it's not planned, surely shouldn't be left like that.

As Zendesk are now taking payments for "advanced search" we might get lucky to see this as an advanced feature for only 2 dollars per month per Agent. /Rant

Any updates on the release timing? It's still "early 2020" - and we are anxiously awaiting this significant improvement to workflow.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, after my earlier comment 4 months ago I recieved a direct reply saying it was on the horizon and availability to get into Early Access for the feature testing, never heard anything more back.

As the product manager indicated, an early access program (beta) is indeed planned for this quarter. We'll be sure to announce it here once it's open.
