How to delete a label from help center?

    @Marybeth - You are correct the tag cloud is related to ticket specific tags.  As long as your articles don't have the tags associated then your search should not use them.  I don't know of a spot in the Help Center where you can manage your labels.  You should fine as long as your articles don't have the labels associated to them.  If you really wanted them gone then you could write a quick script from the API to remove them.

    Can you point me to materials on using the API to remove the tags? I want to maintain a strong, consistent, and not too long list.  Thanks, Wes.

    I also would advise you to post over in the Product Feedback forum as there really needs to be a way to easily manage the articles labels similar to the ticket tags.
