Kurt, what we are doing is removing the existing content in favour of the HC. We will ultimately replace all support pages with the Help Center itself which we have styled to be similar to our main websites.

    Hi Colin,

Thanks for the reply, do does this mean HC can be integrated in my website (with HTML header and footer) so it seamlessly integrates?

Hi there, I would also like to integrate the help centre on our website, is that possible?

    Hi Emilie!

It depends on what you mean by "integrate". It's not possible to embed the Help Center or any of it's content into an external website, but it is possible to customize the Help Center so it matches the design aesthetic of your website.

Can you tell me more about what you have in mind?

    Hello there,

since the last reply is from beginning of 2016... Is this currently still the case? Or is it now possible to embed the Help Center or any of its content into an external website?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hi Sara -

No, this has not changed. Help Center content is not meant to be embedded [EDIT] on an external website via iFrames. However, you should be able to use the API to display content.
