Can we A/B test the submission form?

This is the question: can we A/B test the zendesk submission form?
We'd like to be able to test two different forms for our users. We have some custom fields that we ask users to choose, which helps us to route tickets.
We'd like to test the wording of these custom fields to see if one phrasing is clearer for our users, and thus, more tickets get properly routed.
Has any one come up with a hack to A/B test submission forms?

If you would like a test form, have you looked into spawning a sandbox?
Secondly a A/B form could be utilized using forms on Enterprise

If I spawn a sandbox, would that be accessible to end-users?
I am not on the Enterprise plan so I don't think that Ticket forms is the solution.
Is there a way to create two, live forms on the Plus plan?

Emails can be sent from the sandbox, so I would recommend not adding any real end user accounts to the system.
As for forms, I'll try to think of an alternative, but right now I'm drawing a blank.
