This is the question: can we A/B test the zendesk submission form?
We'd like to be able to test two different forms for our users. We have some custom fields that we ask users to choose, which helps us to route tickets.
We'd like to test the wording of these custom fields to see if one phrasing is clearer for our users, and thus, more tickets get properly routed.
Has any one come up with a hack to A/B test submission forms?
