Ticket isn't auto-closing

    Hello Gabriela,

    what excatly do you mean with „it doesn't auto-close“?
    What do you do with the ticket? Where do you work with the tickets?

    Thanks for your reply.

    When I update the ticket with any status (open, pending, on-hold, solved), it stills remains there, I have to press "X" to close it from my tray.

    Hello Gabriela,

    I had the same problem a few months ago. I guess it helped that I have deleted the browser cache and/or the cookies.

    Hello Nils,

    I tried deleting cookies and cache and it is still the same, any other ideas or should I try submitting a ticket?

    take a look next to the drop down menu for solve/pending etc.

    There should be another little word to the left. That is also a menu that dictates what happens when you solve an email. Click that menu and select "Close Ticket". Yours is probably marked on "Stay on Ticket" right now, causing it not to proceed when finished. It is a small but crucial setting =]

    Hey,

    By any chance, next to your status change ( open, pending, ... ) is that setting on ' close tab '?  or something else?
