    Probably creating a macro that you define all standard data (that goes to everyone) and just inserting the specific documents when emailing those certain clients.

    I think it would be nice to have a place, not tickets. But, maybe Tickets could also work for us.

    Hey!

    I'd recommend taking a look at our Help Center feature. It gives you the ability to create a Knowledge Base for your customers so they can self-serve when they have questions, and you can restrict the sections you create by user Organization or user Tag. You can find more information about this here: Getting started with Help Center.
