    It's not possible to do that in the agent interface...can you tell me more about the problem you're trying to solve? We might be able to find another solution...

    Is possible (with some macro or browser plugin) to configure a confirmation popup on ticket update (like the one that is shown if you have word “attachment” in the message but has nothing attached)? Example use-cases: if message has less than ‘n’ chars/words or not English language or does not end with punctuation mark etc?

    I'm interested in this as well.  I'd like a dialog/pop-up to appear when submitting tickets as solved so we can prompt the user to enter some final disposition information. There must be a way to do this, because the time tracking app prompts with a dialog on every submit and allows you to capture information in a field
