Context: We have a closed help center with pretty much all of our content also restricted by tags to optimize the user experience (we support 10+ products in a single community and only a handful will be relevant to each logged in user)
Problem: Since Zendesk doesn't have a way to notify us when a new user registers and logs into the community (we have to manually check multiple times in an hour), our end-users are logging in and seeing no content. This = bad first impression. What I want to do, is if a user logs in and that user has no tags, I want to present them with a web form. Based on the boxes they select on the form I will add corresponding tags to their user account and then also open a ticket for our internal team to do the rest of the new user processing that we have to do on the back end. The user will pass through the form onto the site with their new tags in place automatically.
Theoretically, is this possible? Has anyone done anything similar?
