Priority status is not update

    @Fermin, can I ask for a bit of clarity please. Here is what I understand so far.

    1. You have an existing ticket and on that ticket the Priority is set to Urgent
    2. You subsequently have modified the Priority Ticket Field to only allow the "Normal and High" options.
    3. You edit the ticket and Submit it again and the Priority remains unchanged.

    Is this correct?

    If so then I suspect the issue is in step #3 above. When you view the ticket, the Priority field should have changed to displaying "-" but the database value has not actually been changed. You need to actually set Priority to a valid value before it will be updated. 

    If you have a lot to change then a creating a view and applying a bulk update is probably the best way to go.
