My name is Dinos and I run a really small website consulting company that’s considering moving all of our work requests/support over to Zendesk. At the same time, I hate my VOIP provider RingCentral and am heavily considering moving to Zendesk Talk as well, especially due to the integration with Support.
I’m wondering if I could hear from any real users of Talk and whether or not they’re happy with the product?
