Average Calls by Hour - Last 7 Days

    This should be possible through creating a custom metric to calculation the average calls per hour over the last 7 days.  A simple custom metric like this example should do the trick if you wanted to give it a crack.

    SELECT # inbound Calls / 7

    We're dividing the results by 7 because we want to see the average over the last 7 days once we slice the results by the hour of the day.

    When constructing the report to use this metric and slice the metric above by the attribute "Hour of Event".  As long as you also add a report filter to filter the results based on the last 7 days "Date (Event) is the last 7 days" it should be giving you the average inbound calls per hour over the last 7 days.
