    I can confirm it's working perfectly atm ! Thanks for a quick response. 

     

    One question - base on the additional pictures above - when I press Live chat option as you can see I can't go back from that option - so if I have changed my mind - I basically have to refresh the page 2-3 times before it will come back to answer bot . where if I will use "leave us a message" feature  I have as below:

     

     

    Is it possible to implement the same feature on the Live chat?

    Hey Tomasz, I see that Dan's already got you on the integrated chat EAP now. Let me know how it goes once you enable the integrated experience in the widget settings?

    Hi Mike, thanks for that, weird as I didn't get any email confirming EAP. I can't also see any change in our chat located on our FAQ page

    Hi Tomasz, I can't see the chat on that page. Did you enable the integrate Chat EAP in the widget settings? I might need to escalate this to a ticket to we can get the ability to access your account and look into your settings for you.

    Hey Tomasz, it was a mix up on my side but I can confirm you have been added correctly now to the Integrated Chat EAP and Dan's sent you the welcome email. Let me know how you go?

    HI Mike, 

     

    All working fine now, I got email and I can see the toogle for EAP.

     

    Sorry for late reply - i guess time difference - we are base in London, this is probably why you couldn't see chat on the website ( outside of opening times ).

     

    Thanks for your help - I will play now and try set up a default department.
