Showing an English category on localized Help Centers
My company supports Help Center in 5 languages. However, we have certain categories where we post English content only to all countries. It could be service messages where there is no time to send the article to a translation agency, or technical documentation. Today I copy paste the English source to all the languages to make sure the articles are available in all 5 Help Centers. Is there another way to say that a category, section or article should use the source language (English) in all countries? It would save a lot of time editing these articles.

This is a popular request. I haven't heard of a better way to handle it than what you are currently doing--copying/pasting the English to all languages.
