    I've been making use of the Conditional Fields app and some custom javascript in the help center to achieve this. 

    It doesn't currently surface the article but I have set it up to assign the players incident to a problem ticket, then an automated message gets sent to the player.

    Hey Stephen!

    In addition to Justin's excellent suggestion, I took a look at our App Marketplace and found two apps right off the bat that do exactly what you're describing: Yonyx Interactive Guides and ZingTree. There may be other apps in the Marketplace as well!

    I'm not familiar with either of these services beyond their basic purpose so you'll need to do some research, but they should get you started!
