Caputre Customer data via IVR/phone in ZD Talk
Hey guys,
is it possible to capture numeric customer data with Zendesk Talk? So for example, customer calls and enters his order number through the IVR, can this number be pushed to the ZD ticket?

Hey Simon! At this time, Zendesk Talk does not support that functionality. I'd recommend sharing this in our Product Feedback forums so that you can share this with our Product teams to see if this is something that they could look into in the future!
